Merck Chemicals website now even more customer friendly.

Merck Chemicals has made its website even easier to navigate with new functions and an improved design. Customers will benefit especially from the simplified ordering process. Products can be searched for and compared even more conveniently:

Place orders faster and easier with the CSV upload

Standard orders can now be uploaded easily as a CSV file to the shopping cart. Your frequently ordered products are added automatically to the order.

Well structured search results

Just like on merck.de, the search result page now displays tabs, which allow users to query the keyword entered in further categories – for example, under “Detailed Information” or “Certificate of Analysis”. Distracting navigation elements no longer appear on the left hand side.

Effectively narrow product search results

Customers will be able to narrow searches for products and associated documents (MSDS/CoA) even further by selecting filters suggested by the system.

Clear comparison of products

The product comparison clearly presents selected items including details and prices next to each other. The differences and advantages can be seen immediately.
